Prepayment on all orders is required. Payment may be made via credit card, check made payable to ITLS, or wire transfer. If paying by check or wire transfer, orders will process when payment is received.
The ITLS Bookstore accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Note: Purchase Orders are not accepted.

ITLS Bookstore orders are shipped standard ground to be received within 7-10 business days from order date.
Rush orders may be placed to be shipped Overnight or 2nd Day Air at an additional charge and are also subject to a $25 rush processing fee.

International Shipping
Shipping to locations outside of the United States must be calculated offline with an ITLS Bookstore representative. After you place your order online, you will be contacted by a Bookstore staff member with a shipping quotation that will require approval before the order can proceed. You will not be charged at the time your order is placed.
Orders placed through the ITLS Bookstore are shipped from the United States. Note that customs associated fees may apply for orders shipped outside of the United States and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns of unopened, unused merchandise are accepted for up to 60 days from the purchase date and are subject to a $5 per item restocking fee. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by ITLS to be accepted. Please contact Colleen Carroll at bookstore@itrauma.org or 888-495-ITLS or 630-495-6442 (international callers) to obtain a RA number before shipping your return back. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
