Return Policy

Conference registrations will be confirmed via a mailed or emailed confirmation letter from ITLS. This official registration confirmation letter will be printed on ITLS letterhead and should be received within 15 business days of this order. If you do not receive a confirmation letter on ITLS letterhead, you are not confirmed for this meeting. Please contact ITLS staff at 888-495-4857, ext. 200, or info@itrauma.org if confirmation has not been received.

Return Policy

Returns of unopened, unused merchandise are accepted for up to 60 days from the purchase date and are subject to a $5 per item restocking fee. All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by ITLS to be accepted.
